Orders are usually sent same or next business day via Australia Post. Under normal circumstances, about one week or less. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has meant that current delivery times may sometimes take longer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know at info@bestpegs.com.au. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, return postage is at buyers expense.

Upon sending your order, an Australia Post tracking number will be sent so you can track its arrival. Keep an eye on your emails for order updates.

We currently only ship within Australia.

Orders of 50 pegs and under are packaged in one canvas drawstring bag and sent in a compostable satchel. Orders of 80 and 100 pegs are packaged in two canvas drawstring bags and mailed in a compostable satchel.
