Orders and Shipping
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
In normal circumstances orders take about a week to arrive. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, orders are taking longer.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you have entered the wrong shipping address contact info@bestpegs.com.au ASAP to request that it be updated.

How do I track the status of my order?
Upon mailing your order an Australia Post tracking number will be sent so you can track progress on the Australia Post website.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No. Credit Card information is encrypted and is not stored.
Best Pegs is currently not registered for GST.
We currently only ship products within Australia.
Will my items come in one package?
Packs of 20, 40 and 60 pegs come packaged in a canvas drawstring bag. Packs of 80 and 100 pegs come packaged in two canvas drawstring bags. All orders are mailed in a compostable satchel because we are committed to reducing plastic waste.

Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in full and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
